Job summary

TSH Corporation Limited is seeking passionate hospitality staff to join our premium dining venues. You will oversee daily dining room operations, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and handle guest feedback while promoting menu items and upselling when appropriate.

We value senior service experience, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; training and growth opportunities are provided within a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years in an F&B service role, ideally with senior server or captain experience.
• Proficiency with POS software and reservation platforms (Chope).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Able to lead and motivate junior service staff.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentive, friendly, and service-oriented.
• Able to do shift work and work weekends/public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and oversee daily operations in the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Monitor dining room flow, coordinate table turns, and ensure stations are set.
• Delegate tasks to servers and runners, conduct pre-shift briefings, train junior staff.
• Ensure team follows SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support Supervisor/Manager in maintaining efficient daily operations.
• Help with stock checks, inventory control, and minimizing wastage.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, including cash handling where required.
• Promote menu items, promotions, and upselling to improve sales.
• Perform general F&B tasks such as taking orders, serving, and prep.
• Ensure bar area is clean, stocked, and organized.
• Stay attentive to customer needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate with team members.
• Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and processes.
