Job summary

TSH Corporation Limited is seeking a passionate Senior Server/Captain to join Signature Reserve, delivering exceptional dining service in a fast-paced premium hospitality setting in Singapore. You will coordinate with kitchen and bar, oversee daily service and guide junior staff to maintain SOPs.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in F&B, proficiency with POS and Chope reservations, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams, handle guest feedback, and upsell.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years in an F&B service role, ideally as senior server or captain.
• Proficiency with POS software and reservation platforms (Chope).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Able to lead and motivate junior service staff.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentive, friendly, and service-oriented.
• Able to do shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and oversee daily dining operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Monitor dining room flow and ensure stations are set before service.
• Delegate tasks, brief staff, and train junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
• Support supervisor/manager in daily operations and inventory checks.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and cash handling where required.
• Promote menu items and upsell to improve sales.
• Take orders, serve, and assist with food & beverage preparation.
• Keep bar area clean, stocked, and well organized.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and maintain a positive team environment.
