Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience as a Chinese Chef in premium or fine-dining settings.
• Proven record in premium and high-end Chinese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques.
• Experience with premium ingredients and high-value seafood, meat and dried seafood.
• Excellent plating and portion-control skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Plan and prepare authentic, refined and innovative Chinese dishes.
• Specialise in premium and high-end Chinese cuisine with traditional and contemporary techniques.
• Ensure excellent taste, texture, aroma, presentation and consistency of all dishes.
• Develop and maintain recipes, cooking methods, plating standards and portion specifications.
• Recommend new premium ingredients and dishes to enhance dining experience.
• Monitor food costs, portion sizes and ingredient usage.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain proper food storage, temperature control and handling procedures.
• Contribute ideas for premium dishes, set menus, festive promotions and special dining experiences that can support restaurant sales.
