Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a results-driven Casino Marketing professional to engage premium players and promote gaming products in SG/MY markets. You will build detailed player profiles, manage credit-related communication, and ensure hospitality remains at the center of the customer experience across all touchpoints.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in casino marketing, AML/compliance knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years solid experience in Casino Marketing or Player Development covering SG/MY market.
• In-depth knowledge of AML, Compliance and Credit Policy.
• Knowledge of Paiza Premium Program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and drive awareness of affiliated properties.
• Promote gaming products and services to SG/MY market segments, especially Premium players.
• Develop strong relationships with Premium players to drive visitation.
• Ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints in line with policies.
• Develop player profiles to capture individual preferences.
