Qualifications

• High School Degree required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in Casino Marketing or Player Development for SG/MY market.
• In-depth knowledge of AML policy, compliance policy and credit policy.

Responsibilities

• Promote Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and drive awareness of affiliated properties.
• Promote gaming products and services to target market segments, especially Premium SG/MY players.
• Develop strong relationships with Premium players to drive incremental visitation.
• Ensure excellent customer experience across touchpoints, aligned with guidelines and policies.
• Develop profiles of players to tailor interactions and maximize profitability.
