Marina Bay Sands is seeking a seasoned Marketing and Premium Program leader to drive engagement with high-value players in the Indonesia region. You will manage relationships, promote gaming services, and ensure exceptional hospitality across all touchpoints.

The role demands five years of managerial casino marketing experience, AML/Compliance knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize customer profitability and visitation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years solid managerial experience in casino marketing or player development.
• Diploma/degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of AML, Compliance and Credit Policy.
• Knowledge of Paiza Premium Program offered by MBS.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and drive awareness of affiliated properties.
• Promote gaming products and services to target segments, especially Premium players.
• Develop relationships with Premium players to drive incremental visitation.
• Ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints per guidelines and policies.
• Manage credit line information and liaise with Premium Account Management for payments.
