Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to represent Volkswagen, Škoda and CUPRA. You will build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through a premium buying journey from first contact to handover.

Formación

• Sales experience in automotive, real estate, insurance, or retail preferred
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, in-store and online
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions.
• Deliver a seamless, premium customer journey from first contact to vehicle handover
• Actively generate leads and follow up to close sales opportunities
• Develop long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
