• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers, ensuring thorough product understanding.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to finalising the purchase.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive buying experience for all customers.
• Welcome customers warmly and understand their needs to recommend the right vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and explain features clearly to create an exciting and memorable experience.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
