WEARNES Automotive PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven automotive sales professional to join our Lotus showroom team.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, advise customers on car specs, COE bidding, insurance and registration, and strive to exceed individual and team targets.

A proven track record in automotive sales, a network of high net-worth individuals, and a valid Class 3 license are essential; weekend work and a premium brand mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in automotive industry, with a minimum of 3 years of achieving targets, ideally with a premium automotive brand.
• Proactive, takes ownership of role and with good attitude.
• Established network of high net-worth individuals, and comfortable in conversing/maintaining relationships.
• Highly self-motivated, willing to work weekends.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales target, with a self-driven hunger to excel
• Source for external prospects using own network and initiative
• Take ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, advising customers on car specs, COE bidding and other vehicle/insurance/registration related matters
• Demonstrate a high level of understanding for Lotus Cars products and services. Excite, engage and educate prospects with the help of technology
• Be the relationship manager for all customer interactions throughout their purchase and ownership experience
• Manage the Lotus Showroom according to principal guidelines and corporate identity
