Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or pre-owned vehicles.
• Strong passion for automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell pre-owned vehicles and related products (financing, insurance, warranties).
• Engage showroom walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals, and prospecting to generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customers’ needs and budget to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting features and ownership benefits.
• Explain vehicle history, inspection reports, financing options, and trade-in processes clearly.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, follow up on inquiries, and close sales promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of documents, financing, and delivery.
• Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and compliant with policies and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings to achieve showroom targets.
