You will lead business performance, planning, data analytics, and AI-enabled initiatives while coordinating senior leadership engagement with clients, regulators and industry bodies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience supporting senior executives in financial services or highly complex global businesses.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading transformation programmes, governance, and performance-management activities.
• Strong executive communications, management reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner the Global Head of Cash Management to develop and execute strategic priorities and annual plans.
• Lead governance, performance management, and board/leadership materials preparation.
• Drive productivity, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives across the Cash Management franchise.
• Oversee headcount governance, budgeting, and workforce planning in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate executive engagements with clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Support risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance reporting.
