Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage inbound and outbound goods, packing, and shipment preparation.

You will coordinate loading and unloading, inspect products, and document movements in SAP, contributing to accurate inventory control. The role involves preparing orders for dispatch, signing delivery notes, and ensuring proper labeling and safeguarding of shipments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, load/unload goods, dispose packing material.
• Plan and organize outgoing goods and ensure accuracy of goods.
• Inspect finished products and packing; prepare special packages and repack products.
• Prepare orders for shipment and unload shuttles.
• File shipping documents and sign dispatch items according to delivery notes.
• Tag, mark and safeguard shipments; check outgoing goods before loading.
• Load/unload trucks and organize storage of goods in the warehouse.
• Receive goods and allocate to designated storage areas.
• Document incoming and outgoing goods; entry relevant data in SAP.
• Execute real-time postings in SAP according to physical material movements.
• Assist planning for warehouse inventories and regularly check quantities.
