Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with strong quantitative skills.
- Experience in pricing, hedging, risk controls within trading or treasury.
- Knowledge of precious metals markets and trading lifecycle.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop pricing and hedging strategies for precious metals to support sales and margins.
- Procure and trade precious metals across Mint business lines with suppliers and refineries.
- Maintain hedge book within risk limits and ensure no unintended open positions.
- Lead trading operations on Lion Bullion Portal with risk, digital, and sales teams.
- Translate customer requirements into trading, pricing and platform improvements.
- Explain trading solutions to customers and support commercial engagement.
- Monitor market moves, liquidity, refinery trends and demand to inform decisions.
- Ensure activities comply with controls, risk policies, and audit requirements.
- Prepare reports on trading, exposure, profitability and operations for management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Risk and Digital teams for execution and improvements.
