Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in Business, Economics, Finance, International Trade or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in business development, account management, international trade or industry development.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of metals and minerals trading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Business development and account management: Engage global metals and minerals players to attract investments and expand Singapore-based activities.
• Industry development and strategy: Monitor markets and identify growth opportunities to strengthen Singapore as a global trading hub.
• Critical minerals and emerging opportunities: Identify opportunities from energy transition and advanced manufacturing for new trading activities.
• Stakeholder engagement and partnerships: Collaborate with government agencies, industry bodies and private partners to strengthen the trading ecosystem.
