Job summary

Bayes Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Civil/Structural engineer to support C&S/Technical design functions on existing projects and new tenders, including building and infrastructure projects. You will attend design coordination meetings with consultants and clients and maintain drawing registries.

You will review drawings and specifications, resolve discrepancies, issue queries, and liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural or relevant engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in a contractor or consultant environment

Responsibilities

• Support C&S/Technical design functions; responsible for C&S civil/structural site‑based design matters on existing projects and new tenders (building/infrastructure projects both available)
• Attend and proactively contribute to design coordination meetings with consultants and clients
• Maintain the drawing registry and ensure the latest drawings/BIM models are available to all parties
• Issue transmittal forms and emails for the latest drawings/BIM models
• Study and review drawings/specifications, identify discrepancies, and issue queries to consultants accordingly
• Resolve technical issues on drawings and liaise closely with consultants, all trades, and authorities

Education
