Job summary

TSM C&S CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to support project delivery by managing site and office operations, conducting inspections, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality, time, cost, and safety standards.

You will perform daily site inspections, coordinate with contractors, prepare reports, and collaborate with project teams to address engineering challenges and optimize performance on civil and structural works.

Qualifications

• PEB-recognized Civil & Structural Engineering degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site and office project operations, including inspections, handovers, and site measurements.
• Conduct independent inspections of civil and structural works to identify defects and define repair scopes.
• Supervise repair works performed by contractors and ground agencies, maintaining records.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress through site inspections and design meetings.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports using templates and submit project documentation within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with authority standards and safe work procedures on site.
• Manage projects to achieve time, cost, and quality objectives through planning and coordination.
• Address engineering issues arising during project execution.
• Collaborate with project teams with leadership and communication.
• Perform ad-hoc duties to support operations.
