Job summary

Cynapse is seeking a technically oriented Pre-Sales Technical Engineer Intern to support hands-on technical work, including setting up demo and POC environments and maintaining hardware sizing tools. You will coordinate with engineering teams to ensure pre-sales systems stay aligned with the latest platform capabilities.

Successful interns may be offered a full-time permanent position at cynapse.ai at the end of the internship period.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on technical work with system setup, testing and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Excel including formulas, logic and data validation.
• General understanding of system architecture (servers, GPUs, storage, networking).
• Familiarity with Linux command line and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and test demo and POC environments for customer engagements.
• Maintain and update hardware sizing calculator based on changes from CV and DevOps teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to reflect platform updates in pre‑sales tools and docs.
