• conduct live software demos for clients (online)
• Understand client business needs and tailor demo flows accordingly
• Clearly explain AI CRM software features, workflows, and use cases in a client-friendly manner
• Highlight key value propositions, benefits, and ROI during demos
• Handle client questions confidently and escalte technical queries when required
• Prepare demo environments, accounts, and data prior to sessions
• Gather client feedback after demos and share insights with internal team
• Managing of inhouse social media account
