FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a Presales Intern to support the presales team with technical and business activities that shape solutions and proposals for customers in Singapore.

You will collaborate with sales and technical teams, develop lightweight prototypes, contribute to reusable assets, and help prepare technical materials, product demonstrations, and POCs to showcase value throughout the sales cycle.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and basic software engineering practices (Git, APIs, data handling).
• Interest in GenAI/LLMs and automation; hands-on experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and convert inputs into structured outputs.
• Curious, proactive, able to iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about consulting and solution design.

Role Overview

As a Presales Intern, you will support the presales team in technical and business activities that help shape solutions and proposals for customers. You will gain exposure to customer engagements, solution design, and internal collaboration with sales and technical teams, learning how technology solutions are positioned and communicated during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field (or equivalent project experience).
• Comfortable with Python and basic software engineering practices (Git, APIs, data handling).
• Strong interest in GenAI/LLMs and automation; hands-on experience (coursework, hackathons, side projects) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and convert messy inputs (documents, notes, meeting outcomes) into structured outputs.
• Curious, proactive, able to iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about consulting and solution design.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with one or more: RAG concepts, prompt engineering, evaluation methods, vector search, workflow tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and basic security/governance awareness.
• Experience building small internal tools (CLI, web app, notebooks, bots).

Learning Outcomes (reframe)

• Understand end-to-end presales workflow and how solutions are positioned during the sales cycle.
• Practical experience building GenAI-based internal accelerators that improve presales productivity and quality.
• Mentorship from presales and technical leads; exposure to real client artifacts (RFPs, proposals, architectures).
