Job summary

Catalent, Inc. is seeking a Pre-Production Associate for its Singapore site to act as the link between Project Management and Operations in secondary packaging activities.

You will create accurate pack designs, ensure QIFs are raised when designs differ from contracts, and coordinate procurement with approved vendors to meet production timelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, English fluency, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate pack designs reflecting client needs and GMP requirements.
• Ensure QIFs are raised when final designs differ from contracts.
• Procurement with approved vendors to buy packaging components, label stock, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Project Management to gather and approve client documentation.
• Set up packaging configurations and labeling in the label printing/system tools.
• Produce packaging and labeling documentation meeting GMP standards.
