Job summary

Apex Pharma Marketing Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous professional to support redressing operations, labeling, and cross-department coordination within a GMP-focused environment in Singapore.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, at least 2 years' experience, and proficiency in Mandarin to work with PRC colleagues. You will assist in document control, packing material records, and manpower planning under the Manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Mandarin to work with PRC colleagues.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good communication, analytical and leadership qualities.
• Experience in the same field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct redressing operations including labeling machine handling.
• Assist with document control as per QMS for redressing operations.
• Assist in handling and maintaining packing material records.
• Work across departments, assist in planning the redressing, schedule and deploy manpower requirement.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
