Job summary

Catalent CTS (Singapore) Private Limited is seeking a Packaging Coordination professional to drive pre-production activities and ensure packaging designs meet client specifications and GMP standards.

You will collaborate with Project Management and Operations, support procurement for packaging components, and maintain labeling documentation to support timely production and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical Packaging and Logistics experience.
• Packaging design experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication across all levels.
• Critical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-production elements between Project Management and Operations for Secondary Packaging activities.
• Create accurate packaging designs that meet client needs and GMP requirements.
• Raise QIFs when final pack designs differ from the contract.
• Support procurement with vendors to purchase packaging components to meet production timelines.
• Set up packaging configurations and labeling documents in the systems.
• Provide troubleshooting support and drive issue resolution.
