Job summary

Catalent, Inc. is seeking a Pre-Production Associate for its Singapore site to act as the link between Project Management and Operations in secondary packaging activities.

You will create accurate pack designs, ensure QIFs are raised when designs differ from contracts, and coordinate procurement with approved vendors to meet production timelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, English fluency, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

We are seeking to recruit a Pre-Production Associate for our Singapore site.

The Pre Production Associate will be the main point of contact and the link between Project Management and Operations in all secondary packaging activities.

Responsibilities

• Creation of accurate Pack Designs that reflect the needs of the client and meet GMP requirements.
• Ensure appropriate QIF's are raised in the event that final Pack Designs differ from the original contract.
• Procurement with approved vendors to purchase required packaging components, label stock and equipment in a timely manner to hit Production timelines
• Working closely with the Project Management team to ensure good understanding of the projects and that all client required documentation is received and approved in a timely manner e.g. Label Approvals
• Working with the Centre of Excellence for Label Printing (Catalent SCH) to organize the set-up of new labels within the label printing system and to set-up local label printing jobs
• Set-up of packaging configurations and packaging jobs within the Global Scan Assembly system
• Creation of accurate packaging and labeling documentation to meet the needs of both the client and regulatory GMP requirements including Label Print Forms (LPF's) and Batch Records (automated via SupplyFlex and manual)

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Critical thinker, problem solver, able to work in a fast paced environment
• High level attention to detail while managing multiple projects and/or priorities under tight deadlines is a must
• Strong computer skills are required - (including, but not limited to, SupplyFlex, Microsoft Excel, JDE, SharePoint and ability to quickly learn new systems/programs)
• Strong organizational skills are required
• Proven written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure to meet competing workplace demands and appropriately prioritize is required Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form is required
