Job summary

INNOLUX ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a motivated Technical Engineer to support both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities, collaborating with our Sales team to provide technical consultation and IT solutions.

You will install, configure, and maintain networking and IT infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and deliver onsite/remote technical support while preparing proposals and documentation for customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computing or networking.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years' experience advantageous.
• CCNA or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and recommend IT solutions.
• Conduct product demos and POC, prepare technical proposals.
• Install, configure, and maintain networking/IT infra.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Deliver onsite and remote technical support.
• Prepare technical reports and conduct user training.
• Ensure projects meet schedule and client expectations.
