  • Maintain an appropriate communications calendar covering campaigns, industry initiatives, announcements and events.
  • Review digital content for accuracy, tone, relevance and consistency with the organization positioning.
  • Monitor digital engagement and recommend ways to strengthen the Association's public outreach.
3.Stakeholder & Member Engagement
  • Serve as a key coordination point between LIA and its member insurance companies, regulators, government agencies, industry associations and other external organisations.
  • Coordinate member consultations and gather feedback on industry initiatives, regulatory matters and Association activities.
  • Build effective working relationships with senior representatives across member organisations.
  • Facilitate communication among multiple stakeholders where different companies or organisations may have different priorities.
  • Consolidate stakeholder feedback and help translate discussions into clear recommendations, action items or industry positions.
  • Support the Executive Director in stakeholder meetings, consultations and industry engagements.
4. Industry Programme & Project Management
  • Coordinate and manage assigned industry-wide initiatives, working groups, campaigns and special projects from planning through implementation.

  • Develop or administer data collection templates and follow up with members to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Collate, validate and analyse information received from member companies.
  • Identify inconsistencies, missing information or unusual data points and follow up with relevant parties for clarification.
  • Prepare consolidated information for regulatory submissions, management reports, industry publications, presentations and stakeholder discussions.
