is seeking an experienced Insurance Product & Marketing Manager with strong knowledge of the Singapore life and health insurance market to support product communications, marketing collateral and brand governance activities. You will ensure materials are developed and maintained in accordance with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements and business objectives, collaborating with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Distribution teams to support

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Insurance or related field.
• Experience in Singapore Life/Health Insurance industry.
• Understanding of insurance products and distribution channels.
• Experience developing insurance product brochures, customer forms, sales materials and marketing collateral.
• Familiarity with insurance branding standards and brand governance.
• Experience working with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Distribution stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations relating to insurance customer communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to review customer-facing materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the development and review of Life and Health Insurance product and marketing materials.
• Review customer-facing materials to ensure consistency with corporate branding and communication standards.
• Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of product brochures, proposal forms, customer forms, sales kits and distributor materials.
• Manage the development and review of marketing collateral and digital content.
• Ensure product and marketing communications are accurate, brand-compliant and ready for regulatory review.
• Work with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Distribution teams on material development and approvals.
• Support product launches, campaigns and other insurance product communications initiatives.
• Coordinate updates to materials following product, regulatory, compliance or branding changes.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across touchpoints.
• Support distribution channels with appropriate product communication and sales materials.
• Maintain documentation, version control and approval records for marketing and product materials.

• Work closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Distribution teams on the development and approval of materials

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Insurance or a related discipline
• Relevant experience within the Singapore Life and/or Health Insurance industry
• Good understanding of insurance products, product communications and distribution channels
• Experience developing or managing insurance product brochures, customer forms, sales materials and marketing collateral
• Familiarity with insurance branding standards and brand governance
• Experience working with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Distribution stakeholders
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations relating to insurance customer communications
