Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manager to support industry advocacy, public communications and stakeholder engagement for the Singapore life insurance sector.

The role involves coordinating with member insurers, regulators, government agencies and industry bodies, and providing governance secretariat support. The Manager will oversee day-to-day PR, digital communications, data reporting and industry-wide programmes, translating stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in Education.
• Professional qualifications or training in communications, project management, insurance or financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day PR and external communications with the external PR Consultant.
• Coordinate press releases, media statements, industry announcements and speeches.
• Engage member companies and regulators to reflect industry positions.
• Oversee digital communications and social media to improve consumer understanding of life insurance and related topics.
• Coordinate member consultations and feedback on regulatory matters and Association activities.
• Provide secretariat support to committees and maintain governance records.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting Singapore's life insurance sector.
