Job summary

LEADBUILD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Civil & Structural coordinator to supervise PPVC projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in civil/structural engineering or construction management, 5+ years of PPVC experience, and strong knowledge of local regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Civil & Structural coordination with a Singapore main contractor.
• Proven hands-on experience in PPVC projects is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices, BCA regulations, and relevant codes of practice.
• Experience coordinating PPVC module production, delivery, installation, and interfacing with other construction trades.
• Able to interpret construction drawings, structural details, and technical specifications.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM software (e.g. Revit or Navisworks) will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise C&S works for PPVC projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Review drawings and submissions for compliance with specs and regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, PPVC suppliers, and authorities.
• Plan and monitor site activities per drawings, schedules, and WSH requirements.
• Coordinate PPVC module delivery, installation, and interface with other trades.
• Resolve on-site coordination issues to minimize delays.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets BCA and quality standards.
• Attend progress and coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
