Job summary

TIONG SENG CONTRACTORS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is looking for an Engineer (C&S) to lead technical and site coordination activities for construction projects. This role is vital in ensuring that project delivery meets design, schedule, and quality standards across multiple disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 4-5 years of experience in building engineering projects, along with proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and BIM software. The position offers a dynamic work environment focused on project success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board/BCA.
• 4-5 years of experience in building engineering projects.
• Experience with Precast, PPVC, or MET projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Resolve on-site technical and engineering challenges.
• Prepare shop drawings and project management reports.
• Plan and sequence structural work and resources.
• Monitor progress of structural and M&E works.
• Supervise site execution for compliance with SOPs.

Skills

Civil or Structural Engineering degree

4-5 years in building engineering projects

Proficiency in MS Office

Proficient in AutoCAD

Knowledge of BIM software

Education
