Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Lead to head the assigned sales team and drive targets in power protection and related engineering solutions. You will spearhead market development, develop strategies, and manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure.

The role requires a diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, direct sales experience in power protection technologies, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Direct sales experience in power protection technologies is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the assigned sales team to achieve targets.
• Spearhead market development for power protection and power quality solutions.
• Develop sales strategies and oversee all stages of the sales process.
• Build and maintain a quality sales pipeline and win projects.
• Establish, maintain, and expand commercial relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Ensure tender submissions and costings are comprehensive and accurate.
• Lead and participate in tender clarifications.
• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
• Diligently update project details in the Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for customers.
• Assist the Division Director with other tasks as required.
