Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of electronics design experience.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution layouts based on customer drawings.
• Ability to create product documentation: catalog sheets, FAQ, Tech Briefs, reports, installation instructions.
• Provide technical support to sales and customers onsite or remotely across regions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Provide mid-level engineering support on the application of power distribution products to projects and customers locally and in Southeast Asia.
• Identify and propose reliable solutions for technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction through all sales stages.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Works with moderate supervision within defined guidelines.
