Job summary

Hudson Manpower is recruiting a Senior Site Manager for a major power plant/industrial project in Singapore. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with engineering and procurement teams, and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards on-site.

The role requires 8–10 years in project execution with at least 5 years in site management on large industrial projects, plus strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and I&C systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 8–10 years of project execution experience.
• At least 5 years in site management on large industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of power plant systems (Mechanical, Electrical, I&C).
• Ability to work under pressure in remote project locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure timely execution of construction and installation activities.
• Supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project specs and safety standards; report progress to Project Director.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams for smooth workflow.
• Implement and enforce HSE policies on-site.
• Resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays and ensure quality control.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports and progress photos.
• Manage site logistics including equipment, materials, and access.
• Participate in progress meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
• Monitor and control budget expenditures related to site activities.
