Job summary

HITACHI PLANT SERVICES CO., LTD. is seeking an experienced site construction manager to lead day-to-day operations on a Singapore project.

You will plan construction processes, develop schedules, and coordinate with project teams, contractors and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires 5+ years in site construction management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project/site construction management.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, site coordination and project management.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site construction activities and operations.
• Plan, develop and manage construction processes and work schedules.
• Coordinate site activities with project teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress to meet project requirements, schedule and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site construction issues promptly.
• Coordinate manpower, materials and site resources.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance on site.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide progress updates.
• Prepare and maintain project/site documentation.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
