RecruitPedia Pte Ltd seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance of power plant equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

You will lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, perform frontline troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and mentor the maintenance team while using CMMS for work orders and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in power/industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Familiarity with rotating equipment and lubrication systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Manage daily manpower planning and resource utilization.
• Maintain maintenance records and CMMS data integrity.
• Ensure safety regulations and PPE compliance.
• Develop team competencies through coaching and on-the-job training.
