A Postdoctoral Fellow / Scientist position is available at the Stem Cells and Diabetes Laboratory, IMCB, A*STAR, Singapore. The lab focuses on human stem cell technology and human in vitro models to study diabetes and metabolic diseases. Collaboration with Adrian Teo's team, strong publication potential, and advanced genome-editing techniques are emphasized.

Competenze

• Ph.D. degree in Stem Cells / Diabetes / Pancreas / Beta Cell / Metabolism or equivalent.
• Good publication track record.
• Experience with mammalian stem cell culture and differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells.
• Molecular biology techniques proficiency.
• Genome editing (CRISPR-Cas9) experience valued.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Motivated, able to work flexible hours and in a research team.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, Mass Spec and bioinformatics valued.
