Qualifications

PhD or close to PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, EEE or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in materials synthesis, electrochemical testing, and advanced characterization.
Proven track record of high-quality research publications in top journals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced research on solid-state batteries and high-energy systems.
Design, perform and interpret electrochemical, mechanical, and materials characterizations.
Collaborate with internal and external partners on joint projects.
Prepare manuscripts for high-impact journals and present at conferences.
Contribute to grant proposal development and new project ideas.
Mentor and supervise PhD, Master’s and undergraduate students.
