Responsibilities

• Develop and grow service revenue within an assigned customer base and territory.
• Proactively contact customers via calls, emails and visits.
• Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance and lifecycle services.
• Generate quotations and follow up to improve conversion.
• Maintain CRM/SAP records and collaborate with service teams.
