Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced sales engineer to develop and grow service revenue within an assigned customer base and territory in Singapore. You will proactively contact customers via calls, emails and visits to identify maintenance, calibration, service agreements and upgrade opportunities.

The role requires 2–3 years in technical or aftermarket sales, with a focus on service offerings and cross-selling across product portfolios.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Experience in service sales or aftermarket sales.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow service revenue within an assigned customer base and territory.
• Proactively contact customers via telephone calls, emails, customer visits and other sales activities.
• Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, calibration, service agreements, equipment upgrades and other lifecycle services.
• Generate quotations and follow up systematically to improve quotation conversion.
• Expand existing service contracts while identifying opportunities to convert transactional customers into contract customers.
• Develop new service opportunities from installed equipment base.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and solutions across relevant product portfolios.
• Generate leads and cross leads
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver agreed sales targets and monitor sales metrics.
• Communicate the value of preventive maintenance, calibration and lifecycle services.
• Work closely with Service Engineers, Product Sales team, Service Operations and Customer Support to ensure effective delivery of customer commitments.
• Represent and participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer trainings, etc.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and activity information in CRM/SAP.
