Job summary

PhoenixAI, the Agentic AI Database company, is hiring a Database Support Engineer in Singapore to lead onboarding, deployment, adoption, and long-term customer success.

You’ll be the technical touchpoint for customers, work with sales, craft PoCs, and relay customer patterns to product and engineering to improve the platform.

Strong SQL/OLAP, distributed data processing, and cloud experience are required. Salary SGD150,000–180,000 per year plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales and/or post-sales roles such as solutions engineering or customer success engineering.
• Proficient in SQL and OLAP workloads with data modeling.
• Experience with distributed data processing and at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex tech to diverse stakeholders.
• Sales and customer success mindset with track record of technical wins.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, deployment, adoption, and success for PhoenixAI's Agentic Database post-sales.
• Collaborate with sales to align technical discussions with business goals and close deals.
• Provide PoC support and help drive product adoption and expansion.
• Monitor technical health and propose architecture improvements.
