Qualifications

Bachelor degree/Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
Familiar with compliance standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR)
Knowledge in routing and switching technology
Hands-on experience in implementing and operating
Hands-on experience designing and implementing key management solutions for enterprises

Responsibilities

Manage post-sales responsibilities for Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
Contribute to large project implementations at local and regional levels.
Perform on-site implementation such as testing, deployment, and documentation.
Offer technical support to ensure customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and research.
Routine standby for support 24x7 maintenance support calls and communicate issues effectively.
