Job summary

ZII CLOUD SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Technical Support & Implementation Executive to join our Singapore team.

You will install and configure POS systems, set up printers and peripherals, and train staff, while delivering ongoing technical support to ensure smooth restaurant operations. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, assist with network setup, and create customer training materials.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, POS implementation, IT support or related field.
• Experience supporting restaurants, retail or hospitality businesses is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a customer-first mindset are welcome to apply.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, Wi‑Fi) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure POS systems at customer sites.
• Set up printers, KDS, cash drawers, barcode scanners and payment terminals.
• Configure menus, user accounts, printers and outlet settings.
• Perform system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before go-live.
• Conduct onsite and remote staff training.
• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email and remote access.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Troubleshoot POS terminals, printers and payment devices.
• Escalate complex issues while keeping customers informed.
• Configure routers, switches and Wi‑Fi networks for restaurant environments.
• Document implementation activities and support cases.
