Job summary

Funds Partnership Asia in Singapore is seeking an Asset Manager to join its Asset Management team, working with portfolio company management and regional stakeholders to drive value creation, governance, and exits across Southeast Asia.

You will develop strategic plans, monitor performance, and support transformation initiatives, traveling regionally as required. English fluency is required; knowledge of Japanese, Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, or Vietnamese is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3-8+ years of relevant experience in related fields.
• Experience in management consulting, deal advisory, or corporate strategy is valuable.
• Strong governance and business transformation understanding.

Responsibilities

• Drive business performance and portfolio value creation across SEA.
• Develop and execute strategic plans and operational improvement programmes.
• Strengthen governance, internal controls, and management reporting.
• Monitor performance and support exit planning with regional teams.
