OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Portfolio Governance & Delivery Assurance Analyst to uplift delivery standards and strengthen governance across the project portfolio. The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making and consistent execution.

You will monitor project health with dashboards, identify systemic risks, transform data into actionable insights, and conduct governance reviews to ensure alignment with frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management with delivery governance
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, delivery assurance, and project lifecycle methodologies
• Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with focus on quality, consistency and delivery excellence
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent (an advantage)
• Experience in portfolio audits or compliance assurance
