Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience with governance exposure.
• Strong understanding of delivery frameworks, risk management, and governance.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and evidence-based decision making.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio health through dashboards, data analysis, and assurance reviews to identify risks, issues, and trends.
• Assess whether committed outcomes remain achievable based on plans, forecasts, risks, and readiness evidence.
• Conduct independent delivery assurance, stage-gate assessments, and risk-based deep dives for high-impact initiatives.
• Validate reported delivery status across sources and challenge unsupported assumptions or recovery plans.
• Translate delivery data into assessments of delivery confidence and required leadership actions.
• Apply assurance proportionately based on context, complexity and evidence strength.
• Engage stakeholders and continuously improve assurance frameworks and governance capabilities.
