Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a VP, Portfolio Governance & Delivery Assurance Analyst in Singapore to strengthen delivery discipline across complex initiatives. You will assess delivery confidence, validate status, and provide evidence-backed recommendations to leadership.

You will partner with project teams and stakeholders, applying governance frameworks and risk-based reviews to ensure timely decisions and effective execution across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Strong delivery governance, risk management, and assurance expertise.
• Ability to analyse evidence and translate into decisions for senior leadership.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio health through dashboards, data analysis, and assurance reviews to identify risks and trends.

You bring:* 10+ years of project or programme management experience, with strong exposure to delivery governance and complex technology delivery.* Strong understanding of delivery frameworks, risk management, implementation readiness, operational transition, and portfolio-level governance.* Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to assess delivery health, identify emerging risks, and develop actionable recommendations.* Ability to analyse and validate evidence across multiple sources, challenge reported delivery confidence and form independent professional judgement.* Strong communication and influencing skills to translate complex delivery evidence into clear decisions, conditions, and actions for senior leadership.* A continuous-improvement mindset focused on quality, consistency, transparency, and delivery excellence.* Experience in audit, assurance, compliance, portfolio oversight, or risk-based review functions will be advantageous.
