Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead planning, design, supervision, and delivery of major land reclamation and port development projects.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and contractor oversight while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with contracts and project objectives. Fresh graduates may be considered for an Assistant Manager position.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome; successful candidates may be considered for Assistant Manager.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering project management or site supervision.
• Experience in major infrastructure, reclamation, marine, or port development preferred.
• PEB registration or eligibility is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, supervision, and project management of major land reclamation and port development projects.
• Undertake project planning and establish budgets, schedules, and implementation requirements.
• Monitor overall project progress to ensure delivery per approved plans and timelines.
• Provide technical and project management oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and agencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Draft technical and tender specifications; administer contracts and manage progress claims and variation orders.
• Oversee supervision consultants and ensure construction works meet specifications and schedules.
• Track progress against schedules and manage Contractor's Programme of Works.
• Monitor expenditures and manage budget variations and financial risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and support decision making.
