Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in project management for reclamation and infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will lead Resident Engineers and Resident Technical Officers on site, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, PMI/PMP certification or equivalent, and proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and authorities to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by BCA/IES/ACES.
• 10+ years of project management experience in infrastructure/reclamation/m Marine projects.
• PMI PMP Certification or equivalent (PMI/UK) or membership.
• Experience in infrastructure planning and reclamation works is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and deadline-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Project management of reclamation and site activities.
• Lead a team of Resident Engineers and Resident Technical Officers on site.
• Coordinate with PM Team, QP(S)/QP(D), Client, Contractors, and authorities.
• Collaborate with Contract Administrative Team to resolve contractual issues.
• Chair regular site progress meetings.
