Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead and manage civil and infrastructure projects from planning to completion on site in Tuas.

You will oversee site operations, subcontractors, and project progress, develop schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, WSH, and statutory requirements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 5–8 years of relevant experience, with strong planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee site operations, construction activities, subcontractors and project progress.
• Develop schedules, resource plans, method statements and project documentation.
• Manage project budgets, variations, claims and progress payments.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Ensure all works meet quality, safety, WSH and statutory requirements.
