Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret product labels.
• Strong knowledge of meat preparation, handling techniques, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor cutters to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain service quality in the meat counter.
• Travel to different outlets as a Support Team Member.
• Oversee meat preparation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
