Job summary

Nextbeat Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Retail Butcher/Meat Cutter to join our team at Outram. You will prepare meat for sale, cut, mince and pack products while adhering to food safety and hygiene procedures.

This role requires FIFO stock replenishment, proper tool maintenance, and polite, professional customer service. Weekend shifts are required; 5.5-day workweek with 44 hours. Experience in a food-related industry will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of meat handling and cutting techniques.
• WSQ Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene.
• Prior Working Experience in a Food-Related Industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meat for sale by cutting, mincing, and packing.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Hygiene Procedures.
• Stock replenishment (FIFO) to ensure freshness.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment to keep a sanitary work environment.
• Serve customers politely and professionally.
• Perform ad hoc duties as instructed by the immediate superior.
